Haidy Riad is an accomplished Financial Economist, Consultant, and lecturer with over 8 years of experience across both government and private sectors. She currently works as an External Advisor and Coach at McKinsey & Company dealing with the Saudi government, having previously played pivotal roles in high-impact national projects such as the National Structural Reform Program (NSRP), the Decent Life project, and the renovation of “Egypt Vision 2030 for Sustainable Development” during her tenure with the Egyptian Ministry of Planning and Economic Development.
Haidy’s contributions also extend to her past role in an SMEs consultancy firm. Notably, she is a dedicated lecturer who has delivered courses and lectures in Finance, Economics, and Public Finance for esteemed national and international institutions including, ASAS training, The Egyptian Chinese University “ECU”, Assuit University, The Economist EGY, Enpact powered by GIZ, CFA Society Egypt and others.
Haidy holds a master’s degree with honors in finance and banking from AAST, a bachelor’s degree in economics from Helwan University, and multiple degrees from Nasser Higher Military Academy, in areas including Strategic Planning, National Security, Crisis Management, and Decision-Making.
